Lenovo Community Coach Support
Each Year thousands of Special Olympics athletes with varying abilities have been able to improve their skills and technical performances and have a positive sport experience as a result of the dedicated Special Olympics volunteer community coaches. Lenovo's contribution to Special Olympics Canada will enhance the great work of the certified volunteer coaches by bringing coach training directly into their communities.
With the notebooks provided by Lenovo, Special Olympics Canada will be able to increase the number of coach training programs. The 20 notebooks will be used to facilitate the on-site use of a sport technical software program which is designed to help coaches analyze their athletes' technical performance and to help generate structured training programs based on the program findings.
